Deutsche Yachten exhibits with a joint stand in the Palma Superyacht Village.
As the first inwater trade fair in Europe, the Palma International Boat Show and the Palma Superyacht Village mark the – unofficial – start of the Mediterranean season every year. From April 30 to May 3, 300 exhibitors and over 30,000 visitors are once again expected to attend the two trade fairs. In the Moll Vell, just below Palma de Mallorca’s cathedral, many large sailing yachts and motor yachts up to around 40 meters in length are traditionally moored, which are offered for sale or charter by brokerage houses. Deutsche Yachten member Ocean Independence alone moors seven yachts in the harbor.
For the first time this year, there will be an extension of the trade fair at Club de Mar for newly delivered formats, the so-called New Build Hub with 21 berths up to 80 meters in length. Shuttle boats and golf carts will connect the Moll Vell Marina and the Club de Mar.
As usual, the Deutsche Yachten stand will be located at the Muelle de los Pescadores, right next to the floating bridge at position SY38/39. The stand will serve as a contact point for all Deutsche Yachten members and as a source of information for all international visitors who would like to find out more about yacht building “made in Germany”. A get-together at the stand is scheduled for the Friday of the trade fair.
Claus-Ehlert Meyer, Managing Director of Deutsche Yachten, says: “The Palma Superyacht Village is an ideal start to the Mediterranean season. Our members appreciate the networking in both the B2B and B2C sectors. We are expecting numerous companies at our joint stand.”
