Rodiek Interiors, a leading specialist in exclusive interior design, is a new member of Deutsche Yachten.
Rodiek Interiors, founded in 1932 and still family-run, has made a name for itself through first-class craftsmanship and uncompromising quality in the realisation of individual interior design wishes. With a deep understanding of the needs of discerning customers, the company has established itself as a reliable partner for the interior design of yachts and exclusive living spaces. Rodiek Interiors offers its customers a comprehensive range of services, from consulting and planning to production and installation.
With a team of highly qualified specialists and modern machinery, Rodiek Interiors combines traditional craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology. The company’s projects are characterised by an exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of individuality – standards that are also very important at Deutsche Yachten.
For example, Rodiek Interiors was responsible for the construction of the entire interior on the “Liva O“. Other well-known references include the interior fit-out of the 80 metre long “Excellence“ and the 98 metre long “Aviva“. Rodiek Interiors also played a key role in the “Soaring“ and “Elandless“; the list goes on and on.
When Alfred Rodiek founded the company, today’s challenges in the industry were not yet foreseeable. However, he laid the foundations for a family business that has developed organically over four generations and continues to thrive today. What once began with the production of wooden furniture and wall paneling has developed into a leading turnkey supplier over the last 30 years.
The Rodiek company is characterised by its close cooperation with shipbuilders in Lemwerder and the surrounding area. The company’s locational advantage lies in the short distances to the shipyards, so that Rodiek employees regularly work in assembly at Abeking & Rasmussen and other well-known addresses. What began with 15 employees has grown into a company with around one hundred employees after seven expansions.
“Becoming a member of Deutsche Yachten is a significant step for us“, says Andreas Hering, Project Manager at Rodiek Interiors. “We are looking forward to contributing our expertise to this network and working with our partners to further advance the high standards of the German yachting industry.“ Deutsche Yachten is also delighted about the new member. “We are happy to welcome Rodiek Interiors as a new member of our network“, says Claus-Ehlert Meyer, Managing Director of Deutsche Yachten. “Rodiek Interiors stands for the highest quality and customised solutions – values that are also close to our hearts.“
